About Me
Since 1996, I've known two things about myself: 1) I must be on stage and/or performing and 2) I must help people. So here we are in 2024, when I've been a professional musician and live performer for well over a decade, and I've found myself in a position where my "side gigs" have become my full-time career paths. Endometriosis Advocate
After many years of questions and countless types of hormone therapies, I was surgically diagnosed with endometriosis on February 23, 2013. Since then, I've made huge strides to spread awareness across the internet about autoimmune and chronic diseases.

Twitch Streamer
As of Jan 2021, I am now a full-time music stream on Twitch! I stream music on Monday & Wednesday @ 12:30p/et, and Friday @ 230pm/et! Most streams are roughly 4 hours or so.
